Here's 5 quick tips to be more mindful on Facebook, or any other social network or blog:
1. Take time to stop and mindfully breathe between each comment you make.
2. Be positive rather than hurting someone's feelings for no reason.
3. Take time to help someone out if they are struggling. You may send a private message to them.
4. Try a random act of facebook kindness. Say something mindfully positive to someone for no apparent reason but just to be nice.
5. Limit your time on facebook and remember to interact with some real humans from time to time too!
